Don't bother hauling your computer system to a computer store!
There are three advantages to on-site service:
1.) You don't have to disconnect, haul, wait a few days, pick up, and then reconnect your entire computer setup.
2.) Some computer problems aren't inside your computer at all. It could be a problem with your Internet connection, one of your peripherals, or even (gasp!) something you could learn to do better.
3.) On-site service means you get to watch the work being performed. We enjoy taking the mystery out of computers by explaining them in clear, coherent language anyone can understand.
