When To Hire My Help
Consider these scenarios when it makes sense to pay for my help:

"I Give Up"
You've given it the good college try, and are ready to move on to other things in your life.
Don't feel bad - there are lots of problems I don't approach on my own.
Take my car, for example. I know it would take forever to get anywhere
and the quality of my work wouldn't come near what a professional could do.
My talents lie elsewhere, and maybe yours do too!

"I've Lost Important Files"
I have valuable and irreplaceable family photos, financial records, etc. and fear I may have lost my files.
If this is the case, the most important thing you can do is STOP USING YOUR COMPUTER!
The more you use it, the lower the chance you'll get anything back.
Please call and I'll come over and perform data recovery.

"Time is Money"
Are you losing valuable time wrestling with your computer?
Do you use your computer to make a living?
Consider the time and money you lose when struggling
with problems yourself for hours, even dozens of hours.

"I Need English"
A lot of technical support is now located overseas.
Computer problems are maddening enough, but are made much more so
when you cannot communicate easily with your tech help.

"I Need a Teacher"
I work best one-on-one, and would like a highly skilled,
exceedingly patient tutor to answer every question
I can throw at him.

"I Have Many Computers"
Everyone in our family has a computer and their own MP3 player, cell phone, and passwords. We share a printer and an internet connection, and none of them are working right!

"I'm Not Sure What to Buy"
I need someone to help me navigate all the equipment out there. What should I buy?
Mac or Windows? Desktop, laptop or tablet?
Should I get a warrantee?
